Policies & Requirements
Please review the following policies before booking Rena's Ballroom for your event. These guidelines help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests.
Booking & Deposits
- Contact the ballroom to inquire about booking events
- No tentative holds are allowed
- Deposits of $50 reserve the date
Fees & Payment
- Deposit due when reserved
- Balance due on day of event
Hours of Operation
- Events must end by the contracted time
- Exceeding 30 minutes past contracted time will result in a $100 charge
Cleaning
- Lessees are responsible for cleanup after their event
- Failure to clean incurs charge of $50
- The ballroom is not liable for abandoned items
Food & Catering
- All food and event catering must be approved by the ballroom manager
- There are limited kitchen facilities available for approved catered events
Decorations
- No damage to surfaces via tape, tacks, nails, or staples
- Prohibited items: Open flame candles, rice, confetti, glitter, flower petals, sparklers, balloons
- Ceiling decorations are prohibited
Parking
- Guests may park in the lot behind the building or the adjacent empty lot
- Unauthorized parking may result in vehicle towing or fines
Glass Containers
- No glass containers are allowed inside the ballroom or on the grounds
Fire Safety
- Maintain clearance of the exit door at all times
- Exit signs cannot be blocked or locked during events
- Prohibited: Gasoline, kerosene, propane, and similar hazardous substances
Linens
- The ballroom has a limited supply of table clothes, please ask the manager what is available
- Otherwise, please arrange for your own table linens and napkins, if needed
Liability
- Rena's Ballroom owner and manager are not liable for theft or injury while on the premises or in the parking areas
